Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Client Support Specialist to assist clients with their inquiries, provide timely and effective solutions, and ensure a positive client experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle client concerns efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

- Provide accurate information about the company’s services and support clients throughout their journey.

- Address client concerns, resolve issues promptly, and ensure client satisfaction.

- Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients.

- Follow up with clients to ensure their queries and concerns are resolved effectively.

- Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely solutions and support.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-up activities.





- Assist clients with service-related procedures, documentation, and updates.

- Identify client needs and provide appropriate guidance and assistance.

- Ensure professional communication and deliver a positive client experience at all times.

Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email handling.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
