Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Client Servicing Manager with a minimum of 4 years of core client servicing experience in the advertising industry, preferably with exposure to the Indian market. The ideal candidate will possess strong client relationship management skills, a sound understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, and the ability to lead end-to-end campaign execution while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-term partnerships and ensuring alignment with their business objectives and expectations.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Understand client briefs, translate business requirements into actionable campaign strategies, and oversee execution from initial briefing to final delivery.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including influencer marketing, creative, content, strategy, and operations, to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of campaigns.
- Client Communication & Presentations: Lead client meetings, presentations, campaign reviews, and regular status updates while maintaining clear and proactive communication.
- Account Management & Growth:



Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships, expand account scope, and drive additional business through strategic recommendations and service excellence.
- Budget & Commercial Management: Oversee campaign budgets, estimates, quotations, deliverables, and commercials while ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and financial objectives.
- Campaign Reporting & Insights: Monitor campaign progress, evaluate performance against defined objectives, and present reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
- Stakeholder & Escalation Management: Proactively address client concerns, manage escalations, resolve execution challenges, and maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Process & Delivery Management: Track project timelines, manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and ensure all deliverables meet agreed quality standards and client expectations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 4 years of core client servicing experience within an advertising, digital marketing, or media agency, preferably catering to the Indian market.
- Strong understanding of advertising, digital marketing, social media, brand communication, and integrated campaign execution.
- Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and delivering campaigns end-to-end.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Robust commercial understanding, including campaign budgeting, cost management, and account growth.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate client requirements into actionable deliverables.
