About the Role

At 3minds, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Client Servicing who can build strong client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure the smooth execution of creative and digital marketing projects.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a client-first approach, strong organisational abilities, and the confidence to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication and relationship management.
- Understand client objectives, business goals, and creative requirements, and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.
- Prepare creative briefs, meeting minutes, presentations, reports, and project updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams across Branding, Packaging, UI/UX Design, social media, Content Development, Web Development, Graphic Design, and Digital Marketing.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, feedback, and approvals to ensure timely execution.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with creative teams to develop effective campaigns and innovative solutions.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging practices within the creative and digital marketing industry.




- Conduct client meetings and presentations, communicate project progress, and manage client expectations.
- Proactively identify challenges, resolve client concerns, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in a creative, advertising, or digital marketing agency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Good understanding of creative and digital marketing services.
- Strong coordination, organisational, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented, with a robust sense of ownership.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative, content, social media, and digital teams.
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
