We’re looking for a ?????? ????????? ??????? to ensure every client has a smooth, supportive and personalised experience throughout their TAN | 365 journey.
The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating with the nutrition team, handling queries and concerns, and keeping clients engaged throughout their programme.

- Manage client relationships from onboarding through programme completion
- Respond to client queries, concerns and feedback
- Follow up regularly and maintain client engagement
- Coordinate communication between clients and the nutrition team
- Resolve service-related issues and escalate clinical matters appropriately
- Maintain accurate client records and communication history
- Collect client feedback and identify ways to improve the overall client experience
- Support client retention and relationship-building initiatives

- Experience in client relations, customer success, account management or a similar client-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality or other service-led businesses is preferred
- Client Relations Managers with a background in nutrition will be preferred.
