Key Responsibilities – Client Servicing

- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients after order placement and maintain regular communication throughout the process.

- Maintain solid relationships with existing clients by providing effective after-sales service.

- Collect genuine client feedback to understand their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.

- Manage end-to-end client servicing, from order receipt to payment collection.

- Address and resolve client queries, concerns, and requests promptly and efficiently.

- Provide clients with the necessary information, guidance, and support regarding the company’s products and services.

- Act as the primary point of contact for client complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.

- Understand client requirements, identify appropriate solutions, and ensure a positive client experience.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
