VisnAix is looking for a Client Relationship Executive to maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure smooth communication, and provide timely support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
- Share approved project updates and important information with clients.
- Record client queries, concerns, and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track and resolve client issues.
- Follow up on pending concerns and ensure timely communication.
- Conduct client satisfaction check-ins.
- Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports.
- Escalate critical client concerns to the relevant manager.

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships professionally.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.
