We are hiring an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to supervise residential and civil construction projects. The candidate must have practical site experience, understand construction drawings, and manage labour, materials, quality and daily progress independently.

Key responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities, including excavation, foundations, RCC, brickwork, plastering, waterproofing and finishing.
- Execute work according to approved architectural and structural drawings, specifications and instructions.
- Check shuttering, reinforcement, cover blocks, levels, alignment and dimensions before concrete pouring.
- Coordinate labour teams, subcontractors, vendors and material deliveries to maintain the work schedule.
- Estimate daily material requirements and monitor receipt, consumption, stock and wastage.
- Maintain daily progress reports, labour attendance, site photographs, material records and hindrance registers.
- Record work measurements and assist with verification of labour and subcontractor bills.
- Identify quality defects, arrange corrective work and follow up until closure.
- Coordinate civil work with plumbing, electrical and other service teams.
- Ensure proper curing, housekeeping and safe working practices.
- Report drawing discrepancies, shortages, delays and site constraints promptly to the project manager.

Required qualifications and skills

- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience; candidates with 5–10 years will be preferred.
- Proven experience supervising residential houses, villas, builder floors or similar projects.




- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings and carry out basic quantity calculations.
- Strong practical knowledge of RCC, masonry, waterproofing and finishing.
- Ability to manage site labour and enforce workmanship standards.
- Basic proficiency in Excel, WhatsApp reporting and smartphone-based site documentation.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi or Punjabi, with the ability to understand technical drawings and instructions in English.

Preferred

- Experience with premium residential or turnkey construction projects.
- Ability to supervise work from foundation through finishing and handover.
- Own two-wheeler and willingness to travel between project sites.
- Immediate or early availability.
