Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities, including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and finishing works.
- Ensure reinforcement bar cutting, bending, placing, and binding are carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Supervise finishing activities, including plastering, flooring, painting, and other civil works.
- Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and other teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure quality standards, site safety, and project timelines are maintained.
- Monitor manpower, material usage, and daily work progress at the site.
