Job Title: Civil Foreman

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at our project site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily civil construction work and manage site labour.
- Allocate daily tasks to workers and monitor their productivity.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and Site Supervisors to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Read and follow construction drawings and site instructions.
- Supervise masonry, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting and other civil works.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Ensure quality standards, site safety and timely completion of work.
- Report daily work progress to the site management team.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience as a Civil Foreman in construction projects.
- Valuable knowledge of civil construction activities and site execution.
- Ability to handle labour and coordinate with site staff.
- Responsible, hardworking and able to manage daily site activities.

Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience.
