Job Purpose To plan, execute, and supervise civil construction works including foundations, roads, drainage, and structural works for renewable energy installations, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute civil works including piling, foundations for module mounting structures/wind turbine bases, roads, and drainage as per approved drawings.

- Carry out site surveys, layout marking, and levelling prior to construction activities.

- Supervise concreting, reinforcement, formwork, and earthwork activities at site.

- Coordinate with QA/QC team for material testing, inspection, and approval of civil works.

- Prepare and maintain bar bending schedules, material requisitions, and daily progress reports.

- Monitor and manage civil subcontractors and labour deployed on site.

- Ensure civil works comply with structural drawings, applicable codes (IS codes), and project specifications.

- Identify and resolve site-level design or execution issues in coordination with the design team.

- Maintain accurate as-built records and measurement sheets for billing.

Qualifications & Experience





- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction, preferably in industrial projects.

- Familiarity with foundation design for renewable energy structures is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

- Sound knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and IS codes/standards.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel; familiarity with survey instruments (total station, level).

- Robust attention to detail and quality orientation.

- Good coordination and site supervision skills.

Working Conditions

- Site-based role involving prolonged outdoor exposure and physical site movement.

- Work in varying weather conditions; adherence to PPE and HSE protocols required.

- May require extended hours during critical concreting or foundation activities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
