We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and responsible Child, Adolescent & Adult Therapist with experience working with both children and adults, along with a background in collaborating with NGOs or community-based organizations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with diverse populations, adapting therapeutic approaches to individual needs, and contributing to community mental health initiatives.

A relevant postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Clinical Psychology .

Prior experience providing therapy or counselling to both children and adults .

Previous experience working with NGOs, community-based organizations, or social impact initiatives .

Solid understanding of therapeutic practices, ethical standards, confidentiality, and safeguarding.





Excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, and case-management skills.

Ability to work sensitively with individuals from diverse social, cultural, and economic backgrounds.

A responsible, empathetic, and client-centred approach to mental healthcare.

Experience conducting mental health workshops, psychoeducation sessions, or community outreach programmes.

Familiarity with multidisciplinary collaboration and referral processes.

Ability to work independently while actively participating in a collaborative team environment.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage client appointments and documentation efficiently.

Conduct individual therapy and counselling sessions with children, adolescents, and adults, based on professional qualifications and competence.

Assess clients emotional, behavioural, and psychological concerns and develop appropriate therapeutic plans.
