We are looking for an experienced Chief Technical Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance, cloud-based technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, AWS, and Generative AI, along with a proven track record of designing enterprise-grade architectures and scaling complex systems.

Experience in e-commerce, retail technology, or data analytics platforms will be an added advantage. The candidate should possess strong technical leadership skills and the ability to translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and innovative technology solutions.

## Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive the overall technical architecture and technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Design scalable, secure, highly available, and high-performance applications using Python and AWS.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of Generative AI, LLM-based applications, and AI-driven solutions.
- Develop scalable systems capable of handling high-volume workloads, growing user bases, and complex data processing requirements.
- Establish architectural standards, design principles, and best practices across engineering teams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend suitable frameworks, platforms, and tools.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, data, and business teams to deliver enterprise-level solutions.
- Drive cloud architecture optimization, performance tuning, reliability, and cost efficiency.




- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams and senior technical stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to security, governance, scalability, and software engineering best practices.

## Required Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and enterprise-level technical design.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and modern software development practices.
- Deep understanding of AWS services and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or related technologies.
- Proven expertise in system design, distributed systems, microservices, and scalable architecture.
- Solid understanding of APIs, data pipelines, databases, and large-scale data processing.
- Experience leading architecture decisions and driving technical transformation across teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, retail platforms, or high-traffic consumer-facing applications.
- Background in data analytics, data engineering, big data platforms, or AI-driven analytics solutions.
- Experience building recommendation engines, personalization platforms, intelligent search, or AI-powered customer experiences.
- Exposure to MLOps, LLMOps, model deployment, monitoring, and production AI systems.
