We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented sales leader with 15–20+ years of experience in polymer sales and marketing to drive domestic and international business growth in recycled polymer granules.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Build strong customer networks across the polymer, automobile, automotive components, household plastics, and consumer products industries.
- Drive Pan-India market expansion and international sales development.
- Develop strategic accounts, new customers, and long-term business partnerships.
- Manage CRM systems, lead generation, sales pipelines, and customer conversions.
- Represent the company at national and international exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry conferences.
- Lead sales teams and strengthen customer relationships to achieve business targets.
- Candidate Profile:
- 15–20+ years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
- Solid network within the polymer and plastics industry.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, and commercial negotiations.
- Experience in CRM, lead management, and strategic account development.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally.
