Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full time remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across all bases and service lines, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant aviation activities. The COO will lead operational planning, implement processes and policies, and coordinate with flight operations, maintenance, safety, and customer service teams to optimize performance and client experience.

This role includes managing operational budgets, monitoring financial performance, and aligning resources with strategic business goals. The COO will collaborate closely with senior leadership on business expansion, fleet utilization, and service quality,



using data-driven insights to guide decision-making. The role also involves building and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and maintaining strong relationships with regulatory authorities and key partners.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Business Planning and strategic development, with the ability to translate organizational vision into operational plans.
- Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management, including process optimization, resource allocation, and multi-base coordination.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, performance tracking, and operational risk assessment.
- Solid background in Finance and Budgeting, including cost control, forecasting, and supporting sustainable growth.
- Extensive experience in aviation or transportation sectors, preferably in charter or luxury services, with a strong understanding of regulatory and safety requirements.
- Proven leadership capabilities, including team management, cross-functional collaboration, and change management in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting across multiple locations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Finance, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
