Reporting to: CEO & Founder

Position Overview The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, driving execution of the company's highest-priority initiatives and ensuring alignment across the organization. This role combines strategy, operations, governance, and leadership enablement, requiring an individual who can seamlessly operate between executive-level thinking and hands-on execution. Success in this role will be measured by the organization's ability to execute strategic priorities, improve cross-functional effectiveness, and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & CEOs Office

- Partner closely with the CEO to define, prioritize, and execute the company's strategic agenda.
- Drive key business priorities, strategic initiatives, and high-impact cross-functional projects from conception through execution.
- Act as an extension of the CEO, ensuring timely decision-making, follow-through, and accountability across the organization.

Business Operations & Governance

- Own and drive the company's operating cadence, including leadership reviews, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning cycles, and annual operating plans.
- Establish governance mechanisms to track strategic priorities, OKRs, KPIs, and key business outcomes.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and execution gaps, and proactively drive resolution.

Board & Investor Management

- Lead preparation of board materials, investor updates, fundraising presentations, and strategic business reviews.
- Translate business performance, market trends, and operating metrics into clear executive narratives for board members and investors.
- Support fundraising, due diligence, and strategic partnership initiatives as required.

Cross-functional Leadership

- Drive alignment and facilitate collaboration across functions to ensure effective execution of company priorities, resolve dependencies, and ensure organizational alignment on key initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and execution excellence.

Growth & Revenue Enablement

- Support leadership in driving revenue growth through business insights, pipeline reviews, pricing strategy, forecasting, and operational rigor.
- Partner with go-to-market teams to establish scalable processes, performance dashboards, and growth initiatives.

Data, Insights & Executive Reporting

- Develop executive dashboards and management reporting frameworks covering revenue, pipeline, customer adoption, retention, product performance, and organizational health.




- Leverage data-driven insights to support strategic planning and executive decision-making.

Talent & Organizational Effectiveness

- Support the CEO on organizational design, critical hiring, succession planning, and culture-building initiatives.
- Drive initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, communication, and employee engagement as the company scales.

Executive Representation

- Represent the CEO in internal and external meetings, customer engagements, strategic partnerships, and industry forums as required.
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic sounding board to the CEO and leadership team.

Required Skills & Experience

- MBA from a premier institution such as ISB, IIMs (A/B/C/L), or a globally recognized business school.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 8-12 years of experience across strategy, business operations, consulting, product, revenue operations, growth, or CEO/Founder Office roles.
- Business acumen with the ability to understand commercial, operational, product, and technology priorities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, business intelligence tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in high-growth and ambiguous environments.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive presentations, board papers, and strategic documents.
- High degree of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and bias for action.

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Prior experience as a Chief of Staff, Founder/CEO Office, Business Operations, Strategy, or Management Consulting professional.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS, cybersecurity, enterprise technology, or AI-focused organizations.
- Familiarity with enterprise B2B sales motions and recurring revenue business models.
- Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, M&A;, or strategic partnerships.
- Experience supporting executive leadership through periods of rapid growth and organizational scaling.
