About the Role The Impact Engine is looking for a proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented Chief of Staff to work closely with the founders and support the smooth functioning of the business. The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring that tasks and projects are completed on time.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, solid problem-solving abilities, and the ability to take ownership of responsibilities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a key point of contact between the founders, clients, and internal teams.
- Handle client calls, meetings, escalations, and difficult conversations independently.
- Prepare and manage proposals, quotations, client reports, and business updates.
- Identify and resolve client-related issues and internal operational challenges.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflows and timely completion of tasks.
- Track team progress, deadlines, and deliverables while maintaining accountability.
- Prepare reports and share important business updates with the founders.
- Use AI tools to conduct research, draft documents, prepare reports, and automate repetitive tasks.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, team coordination,



and operational efficiency.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, operations, or a founder’s office, preferably in an agency or startup.
- Proven experience in independently handling clients, escalations, and challenging situations.
- Experience in preparing proposals, quotations, and client reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and work independently.
- Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in automating repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
