We are seeking an experienced Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead nursing operations and ensure excellence in patient care, clinical governance, and nursing quality across a large multispecialty or tertiary-care hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing quality, patient safety, and clinical standards.
- Manage manpower planning, staffing, deployment, and productivity.
- Lead nursing recruitment, retention, training, and leadership development.
- Ensure accreditation, regulatory compliance, and quality indicator monitoring.
- Improve patient experience and multidisciplinary care coordination.
- Develop and mentor a solid, accountable nursing leadership team.
- Drive nursing operational excellence and continuous quality improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 15 years of nursing experience with significant senior leadership exposure.
- Experience in a large multispecialty or tertiary-care hospital.
- Strong knowledge of nursing administration, NABH accreditation, patient safety, and clinical governance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, workforce management, and decision-making skills.
