Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our company's financial operations, financial planning, accounting, budgeting, and risk management functions. The CFO will play a key role in driving business growth, improving financial performance, maintaining financial stability, and supporting executive-level decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial leadership skills, extensive experience in financial management, and the ability to develop and implement strategies that support the company's long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Manage accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and present financial statements, management reports, and financial performance analyses.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, working capital, and key financial indicators.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, statutory requirements, and financial reporting obligations.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls, financial policies,



and risk management procedures.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to improve efficiency and performance.
- Manage banking relationships, financing arrangements, investments, and treasury operations.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, operational efficiency, and improved profitability.
- Support strategic business planning, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, and expansion initiatives, as applicable.
- Collaborate with the CEO, board of directors, and other senior leaders on business strategy and financial decisions.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
- Implement financial systems, reporting tools, and processes to improve accuracy, transparency, and productivity.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance is preferred.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial management, preferably including senior leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, accounting principles, taxation, auditing, and regulatory compliance.




- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Proven ability to develop financial strategies and drive business performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, and financial reporting tools.
- High standards of integrity, accountability, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
