Control – to maintain rejection levels within acceptable limits with Implementing corrective actions to reduce rejection percentage. To ensure rejected material is sent to the designated area. Machine &

- Plant Maintenance: Follow preventive maintenance checklists diligently.



Ensure spare parts are managed as per preventive maintenance schedules. Monitor machine breakdowns and take corrective/preventive actions promptly.

Material Management: Ensure availability of raw materials for processing with timely coordination with stores team Ensure optimum usage of recycled material without compromising quality. Training &

- Development Provide training to team on quality standards, process improvements, and work instructions. Promote continuous improvement culture within the pipe plant.

Skills and Competencies: 3-5 years relevant experience Diploma - CIPET Knowledge of Polymer processing (preferred PVC) Familiar with ERP systems Safety and Quality mindset Prior experience of Lean manufacturing preferred Leadership and communication skills Experience Level Executive Level
