We are looking for a skilled, passionate, and creative Chef to join our team and manage kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent cooking skills, knowledge of different cuisines, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and present high-quality dishes while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.

- Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.

- Plan menus, daily specials, and food preparation schedules.

- Handle food inventory, stock management, and ingredient ordering.

- Monitor food costs, portion sizes, and minimize food wastage.

- Maintain food safety, kitchen hygiene, and cleanliness standards.

- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate with the restaurant and bar team.

- Ensure timely food preparation and service during busy hours.

- Maintain quality standards and introduce current dishes as required.

- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.

- Coordinate with management to improve guest satisfaction and dining experiences.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
