Position: Chef/Cook

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to take ownership of our kitchen and create an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should be proficient in various cuisines, be customer-oriented, and capable of maintaining high standards in food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and execute the resort's menu with precision and flair.
- Develop innovative recipes, garnishing styles, and food presentations.
- Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of kitchen supplies, equipment, and work areas.
- Manage inventory and place orders for food and supplies as required.




- Uphold sanitation practices and kitchen safety standards.
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback on food quality, variety, and service.
- Promote Red Hill Nature Resort's goodwill within the culinary community.

- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a team and provide excellent guest service.
