About us: Ravindra Memorial Trust is a Project Implementing Agency running SkillBridge, a skilling and placement project under DDU-GKY 2.0 (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana), a Government of India scheme that trains rural youth for jobs. We are setting up our training centre at Savoi Verem, Ponda, Goa and are building our team.

Job Summary: You will lead our SkillBridge training centre in Ponda, Goa and run it smoothly from day to day, in line with DDU-GKY norms.

- Responsibilities
- Manage overall centre operations, including batches, attendance, infrastructure and records
- Ensure the centre follows DDU-GKY guidelines, SOPs and quality standards
- Supervise and coordinate the trainers, counselor, mobilizer, MIS staff and warden
- Prepare for and support inspections, audits and monitoring visits
- Track mobilisation, training, assessment and placement progress against targets




- Coordinate with the state department/mission, assessment agencies and employers
- Report regularly to the Secretary of the Trust

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in DDU-GKY Phase 1 or 2 skilling, training, education or project management
- Good leadership, communication and organisation skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
