- Salary: Up to ₹25,000 / month (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily school operations & academic execution.
- Lead & mentor teaching & support staff.
- Manage parent counseling, admissions, and inquiries.
- Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and learning environments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Prior experience in pre-school administration or leadership role.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Gujarati/Hindi.
- Strong managerial, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
