Role Description The Center Head role is a full-time, in office position based at the iROHUB Infotech center in Coimbatore.

The Center

Head will oversee daily operations, including managing training schedules, coordinating with instructors, monitoring student progress, and ensuring high standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities include supervising administrative staff, implementing academic and operational policies, supporting marketing and outreach activities, and maintaining compliance with institutional and accreditation requirements. The role also involves engaging with students and corporate partners,



addressing inquiries and feedback, and driving initiatives that improve enrollment, placement outcomes, and overall center performance.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising teams in an educational, training, or IT services environment.
- Strong organizational and center administration skills, including scheduling, resource planning, and process implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, faculty, corporate partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with basic marketing and business development activities, such as local outreach, partnerships, and enrollment growth.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and use data to improve operational efficiency and learner outcomes.
- Familiarity with software training domains (e.g., development, data, design, testing, or digital marketing) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, education, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site full-time, handle multiple priorities, and maintain a learner-centric, inclusive environment.
