Job Title: Programming Trainer – C, C++, Java & Python

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Programming Trainer to teach C, C++, Java, and Python programming languages to students and aspiring software developers. The trainer will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical sessions, explaining programming concepts, conducting hands-on coding exercises, and helping students develop strong programming and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Teach C, C++, Java, and Python programming languages from basic to advanced levels.
- Explain programming fundamentals, data types, operators, control statements, functions, arrays, pointers, and file handling.
- Teach object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and practical coding exercises.
- Conduct hands-on lab sessions, assignments, coding tests, and mini-projects.
- Guide students in debugging programs and solving coding problems.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to improve their technical skills.
- Train students for technical interviews, coding assessments, and placement preparation.
- Keep up to date with programming technologies, tools,



and industry requirements.
- Maintain student progress reports and ensure effective learning outcomes.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of C, C++, Java, and Python programming.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
- Ability to explain complex programming concepts in a easy and practical manner.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to design practical exercises and real-time projects.
- Knowledge of IDEs, debugging tools, and basic database concepts.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

Freshers with strong programming knowledge and teaching skills may apply. Prior experience in programming training or technical teaching is an added advantage.

Key Objective:

To help students gain practical programming knowledge, improve coding and problem-solving abilities, and prepare for software development careers.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
