Role Description The Catering Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for generating and managing catering sales, including responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, and closing contracts for events of varying sizes.

The Catering Sales

Manager collaborates with clients to understand their needs, develops event plans, coordinates menus with the culinary team, and ensures seamless service delivery. Day-to-day activities include managing customer relationships, conducting site visits,



maintaining accurate sales records, and working closely with operations to align event logistics and staffing. The role also involves monitoring customer satisfaction, identifying business opportunities, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Catering Sales and Food & Beverage knowledge, with experience converting inquiries into confirmed events.
- Proficiency in Event Planning and coordination, including timelines, menus, and on-site logistics.
- Demonstrated Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or hotel/events sales is highly preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
