KCR Prism Care provides home healthcare services focused on patient comfort, safety, dignity, and individual care needs. We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and responsible Caregivers / Patient Care Assistants to assist patients in their homes.

This role is suitable for individuals who are committed to providing respectful personal care and supporting patients with their daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and personal hygiene, according to their individual care requirements.
- Support patients with mobility, positioning, walking, and transfers, using appropriate assistance techniques.
- Provide attentive care and companionship to elderly patients and individuals who require assistance with daily activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable, and respectful environment around the patient.
- Observe the patient's general condition and promptly report any unusual changes, discomfort, or concerns to the designated nurse or supervisor.
- Follow the assigned patient-care plan, workplace procedures, and personal hygiene standards.
- Respect patients' privacy, dignity, confidentiality, and personal preferences at all times.
- Communicate professionally with patients, family members, nurses, and supervisors.
- Maintain basic care records and provide appropriate shift handover information, where required.
- Follow infection-prevention practices and use appropriate protective equipment when required.

Qualifications and Eligibility
- Relevant caregiver training, Patient Care Assistant training, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Previous experience in home healthcare, elderly care,



or patient assistance is an advantage.
- Candidates without prior experience may apply if they meet the employer's training and suitability requirements.
- Good communication, patience, empathy, reliability, and a responsible attitude are essential.
- Ability to follow instructions, respect professional boundaries, and work as part of a healthcare team.
- Willingness to work the agreed shifts and attend assigned patient locations, where applicable.

Professional Expectations Candidates must maintain professional conduct, respect patient confidentiality, follow the assigned care plan, and report health concerns promptly. Clinical procedures and nursing interventions must only be performed by appropriately qualified and authorised personnel.
