Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and communication-oriented Career Advisor to guide candidates through career opportunities in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate will connect with candidates, understand their career goals, explain available opportunities, and support them throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career goals.
- Explain suitable job opportunities and career growth prospects.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment and placement process.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates through calls, emails, and messages.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Coordinate with recruiters and internal teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update the recruitment database.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly,



and monthly targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain candidate relationships.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment or US staffing is an advantage.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
- Candidates with experience in recruitment, counselling, sales, or customer service will be preferred.
- Willingness to work in US shift timings.
