Career Spotters Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Career Counsellors located in Gurugram to join a team of Career Experts to undertake career counselling services for its corporate clients. The position is open only to candidates based in Gurugram and adjoining areas. The full-time positions involve 3 days’ Work from Home (WFH) and 2 days Work From Office (WFO).

The role combines multiple roles including facilitating psychometric career assessments and undertaking one-on-one as well as group career counselling sessions.

Position Details

● Location: Gurugram

● Model: Hybrid (WFH + WFO)

● Working Hours / Days /: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week + 2 Saturdays.

● Timing: Adaptable, based on project requirements

● Education: Postgraduates in Psychology + Certification in Career Counselling

● Desired Profile: Knowledge of career counselling and psychometric assessments, Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi. Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp communication, spreadsheets and basic CRM/data management.

● Experience:



Candidates with 3-10 years’ experience in career services delivery

● Remuneration: Ranges from Rs 50,000 to 65,000 pm (commensurate with qualification & experience)

Key Responsibilities

· The primary role includes facilitating psychometric career assessments, delivering one-on-one as well as group career counselling sessions.

· Coordinate with students/parents for counselling sessions

· Maintain accurate records, CRM, spreadsheets and project trackers.

· Manage MIS and generate periodic reports for various career counselling services.

· Work as a Team Player to ensure smooth execution of counselling projects.

· An opportunity to work closely with a large team of career counsellors working on diverse counselling projects, while gaining hands-on experience across student engagement, counselling operations and project management.
