Unit: Operations

Role & Responsibilities:

- Manage end of day (post-trade) operations of trading member
- Well versed with exchange regulations and local compliances.
- Valuable experience in the post trade control framework.
- Experience in handling time sensitive trader queries.
- Managing vendor, exchange and bank relationships.
- Handle fund transfer / margin obligations towards Clearing Member and Bill Payments to Exchanges/Regulatory Bodies & other banking activities
- Provide support to local business stakeholders advice on all regulatory change initiatives

Qualifications:

- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Capital Markets (Cash Equities and Derivatives segment) Clearing and Settlement and associated regulations.
- Prior experience in NSE reporting,



transactional reporting, and operations role an asset
- Experience with Hedge Funds, Investment Management and/or Securities dealer
- Demonstrated analytical skills and impeccable integrity
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency on Microsoft suite of applications.

Experience with Peoplesoft, PowerBI a plus

- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, high energy level, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work autonomously with limited on the ground support

Education

- Bachelors Degree
