Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a CA Final Test Series Paper Setter and Evaluator at AARVEDYA. The role involves designing exam-oriented question papers for CA Final subjects that align with the latest Institute patterns and standards.

The Paper

Setter and Evaluator will review answer sheets, perform detailed evaluations, and provide constructive, exam-focused feedback to students. Daily responsibilities include analyzing exam trends, updating question banks,



coordinating with the academic team to maintain quality and consistency, and ensuring timely release of papers and evaluated scripts. The role also requires clear communication with students through written feedback and occasional academic support to help them improve performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Financial Statements skills to design and evaluate CA Final-level questions and answers.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret exam trends, assess student performance, and create concept-focused papers.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback to learners.
- Completed or pursuing CA Final, or equivalent advanced accounting/finance qualification, is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in exam paper setting, academic evaluation, or teaching CA/finance subjects is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage deadlines, and maintain high academic standards.
- Strong attention to detail, familiarity with ICAI syllabus and exam pattern, and commitment to learner success.
