About the Role

We are looking for an experienced registrations professional who has independently handled end-to-end government registrations and licences for businesses. You will manage client applications from document collection through approval, deal with department queries, and make sure deadlines are met. This is not a training role. Candidates must have filed these applications themselves.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end filing of registrations: GST (new registration, amendments, cancellation, revocation), PAN/TAN, MSME/Udyam, PTEC & PTRC (Professional Tax Maharashtra), Trademark (search, TM-A filing, basic examination-report replies), Shop & Establishment (Gumasta), IEC, DUNS, and allied licences such as FSSAI, LUT and ESIC/PF registration
- Check client documents for completeness and correctness before filing
- Respond to department queries, clarification notices and objections within timelines
- Track application status and follow up with government portals and departments
- Coordinate with clients by phone, email and WhatsApp for documents, OTPs and DSC
- Maintain a tracker of all applications, ARNs, SRNs and approval certificates




- Guide clients on which registrations apply to their business type and state
- Support juniors and interns on registration work where required

Must-Have Requirements

- Proven hands-on experience filing at least 3-5 of the registrations listed above (please mention which ones in your application)
- Working knowledge of the GST portal, Udyam portal, IP India portal, DGFT portal, Mahagst/PTRC portal and Shop Act portals
- Understanding of the documents required for proprietorships, partnerships, LLPs and private limited companies
- Comfortable using DSC, Aadhaar OTP and e-sign workflows
- Positive written and spoken English and Hindi
- Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication

Good to Have

- Experience with MCA filings (SPICe+, LLP incorporation)
- Experience handling trademark objections and oppositions
- Prior work at a CA, CS or compliance firm

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / CS Inter / CA Inter or equivalent
