About us

E-Dictate IT Solutions is a healthcare-focused Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider. We support our clients with efficient, technology-enabled services that streamline healthcare operations and improve accuracy, compliance, and turnaround times. We are a fully remote company, and our team works in a dynamic environment that combines process excellence with data-driven decision-making. We value reliability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

About the role

We're growing, and we need someone to keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes. As our Business Operations Manager , you'll own finance, compliance, and people operations in one role, working closely with leadership.

Our work spans India and the U.S., so you'll act as the bridge between remote U.S. staff, India-based teams, external vendors, and leadership. There is no fixed time zone or schedule. You decide how to organize your time and make sure every issue is handled properly, adjusting your hours when something needs attention.

What you'll do

Finance & Accounts

- Oversee core accounting: general ledger, accounts payable and receivable
- Manage customer billing cycles, revenue tracking, and cash flow optimization
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-range financial modeling to support business growth

Statutory Compliance & Governance

- Coordinate and track filings and registrations: MCA/RoC, Income Tax/TDS (TRACES), GST, EPFO, ESIC, Professional Tax, and Shops & Establishment
- Maintain a compliance calendar and ensure every deadline is met
- Prepare financial MIS packages, board decks,

and compliance reports for board meetings and leadership reviews
- Liaise with external auditors, company secretaries, legal counsel, and regulatory authorities globally

HR & Administration

- Manage employee onboarding, transitions, exits, and full-and-final settlements
- Oversee India payroll inputs, leave and attendance, and statutory deductions
- Build and maintain HR policies, the employee handbook, and employee records
- Handle employee relations, engagement, and grievances
- Manage office administration, vendors, assets, insurance, and contracts

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Experience: 8+ years in finance, accounting, HR, or administration, with hands-on exposure to at least two of these areas
- Technical expertise: Working knowledge of Indian accounting and statutory frameworks (GST, TDS, PF/ESI, ROC) and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar; strong Excel skills
- Communication and leadership: Outstanding verbal and written communication, with a proven ability to lead distributed teams, manage employee relations, and present complex financial data to board members and stakeholders
- Compliance background:

Proven experience handling compliance and interacting with external regulatory stakeholders across regions

Nice to have

- Experience with U.S. accounting or payroll platforms (QuickBooks, Gusto), or exposure to U.S. teams or clients
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with robust financial forecasting capabilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for working across remote U.S. staff, India-based teams, vendors, and leadership
- Ability to train others and establish structured SOPs for administrative and compliance tracking
- Proficiency in cross-border financial management software and enterprise tools

What we look for in you

- A fast learner who is comfortable picking up recent areas
- Ownership and a self-starter attitude, with little need for supervision
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality and integrity
- Flexibility to adjust your working hours when needed, for example to resolve a U.S. compliance or customer billing issue on the day it arises

What we offer

- 100% remote work with no flexible shift timing
- Salary of ₹15- ₹ 18 lakhs per annum, based on experience and skills
- Health, accidental, and term insurance
- 30 days of paid leave per year
- A high-ownership role with direct access to leadership
- The chance to build processes and policies, not just maintain them
