Business & Marketing Strategist

Experience: 1-2 years preferred, with proven practical experience in marketing strategy and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop customized marketing and business growth strategies for different industries and business niches.
- Analyse each client's business model, target audience, competitors, market position, and growth opportunities.
- Create social media strategies, content pillars, campaign ideas, and monthly marketing roadmaps.
- Develop lead-generation, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and customer retention strategies.
- Plan Meta Ads campaigns in coordination with the performance marketing team.
- Identify business challenges and recommend practical solutions to improve sales and marketing outcomes.
- Develop customer personas, brand positioning, unique selling propositions, and marketing funnels.
- Prepare strategy presentations, marketing proposals, campaign briefs, and performance reviews.
- Guide the creative, content, social media, and advertising teams on strategy and execution.
- Identify upselling opportunities and recommend additional services to help clients grow.




- Contribute to ScrollFuel's own brand positioning, client acquisition, service development, and business growth.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, branding, and business development.
- Experience working with multiple clients or industries, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Ability to research unfamiliar industries and develop strategies based on business objectives.
- Strong analytical thinking, creativity, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to connect marketing activities with business goals and measurable KPIs.
- A portfolio of strategies, campaigns, case studies, or measurable business results is preferred.
