Job Brief:

- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and manage the gold loan portfolio within the Sales department. The role involves driving business growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in secured lending products, and possess excellent leadership and analytical skills to optimize portfolio performance and achieve business targets.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve gold loan business targets and expand market share.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients to maximize loan disbursement and customer retention.




- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify recent business opportunities and tailor product offerings accordingly.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies related to gold loan disbursement and recovery.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance their performance and achieve individual and team goals.
- Monitor portfolio quality by analyzing loan performance metrics and taking corrective actions to minimize risks and defaults.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and risk teams to streamline loan processing and improve customer experience.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and portfolio health to senior management.
- Drive customer education initiatives to increase awareness about gold loan products and responsible borrowing.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns targeting potential gold loan customers.
