Our client, MM Metacraft Pvt. Ltd. , is looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Vertical Head – Automotive to build, develop and scale its automotive business.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a seasoned automotive professional with a proven track record in new business development, customer acquisition, business growth and P&L; ownership .

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Build and scale the Automotive business vertical.

✅ Develop new business with Automotive Tier-1 suppliers and selected OEMs.

✅ Drive RFQs, techno-commercial negotiations and business nominations.

✅ Generate incremental business and ensure profitable growth.

✅ Build strategic customer relationships and lead a high-performing team.

✅ Own business planning, revenue growth and profitability.





Preferred Candidate Background:

Professionals currently working with or having relevant experience in companies such as:

- Uno Minda
- Bosch
- Tata AutoComp
- Varroc
- Vibracoustic
- Bajaj Auto

Ideal Candidate Profile:

✔️ 20+ years of overall professional experience.

✔️ Robust Automotive industry exposure.

✔️ Proven expertise in new customer acquisition and incremental business creation.

✔️ Experience in RFQ-to-nomination processes, P&L; management and team leadership.

✔️ Exposure to aluminium extrusions, metal components or automotive components will be an advantage.
