We’re Hiring for a Business Development Manager

Location: Mumbai, Andheri (west)— Full-Time, Work from Office

Experience Required: Fresh graduates, interns, and candidates with sales & business development experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates with a proven track record in sales will be given preference. (Mandatory from Event Background)

At MediaWorld Experiential Marketing, we’re looking for results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, generate new business opportunities, and build long-term client relationships within the event and media industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales and business development, with the ability to consistently achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and clients.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with corporate clients and key decisionmakers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.




- Coordinate with operations and event teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Represent MediaWorld at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.

Requirements
- Fresh graduates' interns are also welcome with sales background & business Development
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the event, media, advertising, marketing, or related industry will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and manage key accounts.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
