About the Role

Gradiante is looking for enthusiastic GenAI and Agentic AI Developers and Interns to work on building intelligent applications, AI agents, and enterprise-grade AI solutions. This is an opportunity to work with emerging AI technologies and contribute directly to products used to solve real business challenges.

What You'll Do

- Develop GenAI applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Build AI agents and agentic workflows for business automation and intelligent decision-making.
- Work with Python, APIs, vector databases, and AI frameworks.
- Experiment with different AI models, tools, and architectures to improve solution performance.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions.
- Explore new developments in GenAI and translate promising ideas into working prototypes.

What We're Looking For

- 0–2 years of experience in software development, AI, or related technologies.
- Familiarity with Python, LLMs, GenAI concepts, or AI application development.

- Generate leads through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, and targeted prospecting.
- Understand customer challenges and position relevant Gradiante solutions.
- Lead initial conversations, product demonstrations, proposal discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on opportunities, and drive deals toward closure.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to develop compelling customer propositions.
- Build a strong understanding of the HRTech and enterprise AI markets.
