Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) US IT Staffing

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US IT staffing/IT services market
- Build and maintain solid relationships with direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and MSPs
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for closures
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets
- Maintain a strong pipeline and update CRM regularly
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills
- Experience in US IT Staffing / IT Sales / Business Development
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles
- Excellent communication, lead/revenue generation, sales and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, job portals, CRM tools
- Ability to work in night shift (US timing)
Preferred Skills
- Existing client/vendor relationships in US market
- Experience working with MSP/VMS model
- Knowledge of rate cards, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
