Job Title: International Solar Sales & After-Sales Executive

Job Overview The International Solar Sales & After-Sales Executive will be responsible for developing international solar sales opportunities, managing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through after-sales service.

The role involves preparing quotations and proposals, following up with customers, coordinating with technical teams, and resolving customer queries. Candidates should have knowledge of solar photovoltaic (PV) products and systems, along with strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management capabilities.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and target-oriented, with experience in international solar sales and/or after-sales service preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage international solar sales opportunities.
- Communicate with international clients to understand their solar product and system requirements.




- Prepare sales quotations and proposals and conduct customer follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide after-sales support and coordinate with technical teams to address customer requirements.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Work toward achieving sales and customer service targets.

Candidate Profile

- International solar industry experience is preferred.
- Experience in international solar sales and/or after-sales service is desirable.
- Knowledge of solar photovoltaic (PV) products and systems.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend relevant solar solutions.
- Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and managing sales follow-ups.
- Solid sales, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
- Ability to handle customer queries and coordinate after-sales support.
- Self-motivated, professional, and target-oriented approach.
