ROLE OVERVIEW

- Role: Sales lead for corporate gifting and B2B

- Reports to: Founder (direct line, no layers)
- Experience: 5–8 years in gifting, B2B, quick commerce or e-commerce
- Base: Jalandhar; on-site, with client travel
- Pay: ₹8–12 lakh a year. (Fxed based on experience)

This is an incentive-based profile: the more you close, the more you earn.

YOUR MISSION

Make CACO & CO. the first name India's top companies call when they need to gift: chocolate, bakery and mithai hampers for Diwali, Current Year, client thank-yous and employee milestones. You open the doors, build the relationships and close the deals that come back season after season. You are not selling chocolate. You are selling the moment someone opens the box.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Corporate gifting

- Win and grow accounts with India's top 100 companies.
- Own the festive calendar: Diwali, New Year, Christmas, Rakhi and more.
- Build year-round gifting: onboarding kits, anniversaries, client thank-yous.

Gift hampers

- Pair chocolate, eggless bakes and mithai at every price point.
- Bespoke hampers, branded boxes and logo chocolates.
- Production, packing and pan-India delivery, on time.

B2B partnerships

- Hotels, cafés, caterers and premium retailers.




- Event and wedding planners: favours, hampers, dessert tables.
- Terms that work for both sides, and repeat orders.

Pipeline and closing

- A full pipeline, from first outreach to signed order.
- Pitch with tastings, samples, decks and custom proposals.
- Close deals that turn into repeat business.

Targets, pricing and numbers
- Monthly, quarterly and festive revenue targets.
- Pricing, discounts and margins within agreed limits.
- Everything in the CRM, with confident forecasts.

Network and team

- Corporate events, HR and procurement forums, trade shows.
- Build and lead a sales team as we grow.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Must-haves

- 5–8 years in corporate gifting or B2B sales.
- Quick commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart) and e-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart) experience.
- A pan-India network in the top 100 companies.
- Trusted by HR, admin and procurement heads.
- A record of beating big festive targets.
- A sharp negotiator who protects margins.
- At home with CRM, Excel and decks.
- Graduate; an MBA is a plus.

Bonus points

- Gifting, bakery, mithai or premium food sales.
- A hotel, caterer or wedding planner network.
- Luxury, hospitality or lifestyle background.
- Fluent in English and Hindi; Punjabi is a plus.
- Has built a sales channel from zero.
