We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Managers to drive sales growth and expand our market presence across North India.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and achieve regional sales targets.

Build relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, dealers, and distributors.

Identify and develop project sales opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality segments.

Expand the dealer and distribution network across the assigned region.

Travel extensively across the assigned region for client meetings, project visits, market development, and business generation.

Conduct product presentations and regular customer visits.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and new business opportunities.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensure timely follow-ups, and submit regular sales reports.

Candidate Requirements

4–5 years of overall sales experience, including 2–3 years in a relevant industry.

Experience in wallcoverings, interior finishes, architectural products, or building materials preferred.

Solid communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

Proven ability to generate business and achieve sales targets.

- Willingness to undertake frequent travel across the assigned region is mandatory.

Regional Coverage

- BDM – North India: Based in Delhi NCR, covering the complete North Indian market.
