We are looking for a motivated and qualified Business Development Manager to join our Aesthetic Beauty Training Institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, promoting professional beauty education, and strengthening the institute's presence in the beauty and wellness industry.

The candidate should have excellent communication, relationship management, leadership, and organizational skills, along with an understanding of the beauty, cosmetology, and aesthetic training industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies to expand the institute's reach and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, beauty professionals, salons, spas, and industry partners.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations with beauty brands, salons, clinics, and wellness organizations.
- Promote the institute's courses, certifications, workshops, and professional training programs.
- Coordinate student counselling, admission activities, and follow-ups with interested candidates.
- Explore opportunities for corporate training, franchise partnerships, and institutional tie-ups.
- Develop new initiatives to improve student engagement and strengthen the institute's reputation.
- Coordinate with the marketing, admissions, and training teams to achieve organizational objectives.




- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to introduce new courses and services.
- Prepare business development reports and provide regular updates to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, education, hospitality, beauty, wellness, or a related industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work collaboratively with different teams.
- Knowledge of the beauty, cosmetology, aesthetics, or professional training industry will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is preferred.
