- Inside Sales Executive Exp: 2+Yrs
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp enquiries, emails, and prospective clients.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers.
Understand customer requirements and explain products and services effectively.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations through calls or video meetings.
Handle customer objections, negotiate, and close sales.
Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and sales pipelines using CRM and Excel.
- Social Media Manager Exp: 3+Yrs
Plan, create, and manage engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Develop monthly social media content calendars and posting schedules.
Coordinate creative content, captions, reels, stories, graphics, and promotional campaigns.
Manage social media pages, audience engagement, comments, messages, and enquiries.
Monitor trends, hashtags, competitor activities, and industry updates.
Support brand awareness, community building,
and social media lead generation.
Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Hindi and English proficiency is mandatory for the Inside Sales role
Creative thinking, problem-solving, and a proactive attitude
Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills
Target-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
