Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and customers.

- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Explain courses, programs, and educational services to potential customers.

- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

- Schedule counselling sessions and appointments for the sales team.

- Maintain daily calling reports and update lead details in the CRM or Excel sheet.

- Follow up with interested leads to improve conversion rates.

- Support the business development team in achieving sales targets.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

- Confidence in making phone calls and interacting with customers.

- Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.





- Willingness to learn sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management.

- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any graduate or undergraduate student can apply.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.

- Candidates interested in sales, marketing, and the EdTech industry are preferred.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
