Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in international sales, cold calling, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a confident approach, and the ability to connect with potential clients and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients in the US market.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling and other sales channels.
- Identify potential business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Work closely with the team to improve lead conversion and business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in US calling, international calling, and cold calling.
- Strong lead generation and appointment-setting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confidence in handling client conversations and objections.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management.
- A target-driven mindset with positive negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Work Location Mohali, Punjab – Work From Office

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
