Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in AI Sales and business development. The ideal candidate should have experience identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, generating leads, and driving revenue growth for AI-based solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for AI solutions, products, and services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and other business development channels.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable AI-driven solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Collaborate with technical and presales teams to prepare proposals and commercial quotations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle,



from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging AI technologies.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in business development and sales, preferably in AI, SaaS, IT services, or technology solutions.
- Understanding of AI solutions, Generative AI, automation, and related technology offerings.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with a proven track record in AI/technology sales, B2B business development, SaaS products, or IT services will be preferred.
