We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have experience in telecalling, sales, lead generation, and customer follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company's offerings.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Handle customer queries and maintain good customer relationships.
- Maintain call records and update lead information.
- Use Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools to track leads.
- Support the team in achieving business development targets.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Telecalling, Telesales, or Inside Sales.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Willingness to work from the office in Coimbatore.
- Good communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
