Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven UK Business Development Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in business development or lead generation, and the ability to connect with international clients, particularly in the UK market.

Candidates with experience in international business development, recruitment, sales, or client acquisition will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, online platforms, cold calling, and other sourcing channels.
- Identify and connect with potential UK-based clients.
- Conduct outreach, follow-ups, and client communication to generate business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and build solid professional relationships.
- Schedule meetings and support the business development process.
- Maintain lead databases and update client information regularly.
- Achieve assigned targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications




- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Recruitment.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Exposure to UK or other international markets is preferred.
- Experience with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
