About the Role

Mingrow is looking for a confident, professional, and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our field sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in software sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, and lead generation.
- Promote and demonstrate Mingrow’s software products and solutions to prospective customers.
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and sales presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Follow up with prospects, negotiate deals, and convert leads into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.




- Represent Mingrow professionally during client meetings and business interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in software sales .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of spoken English; Hindi proficiency is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and willingness to maintain appropriate business attire.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales and client meetings.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
